From RHD:
Teaser Sans Details
I can’t talk specifics, but I can tell you this: one of the most popular Mac web sites will be releasing a couple of totally awesome pieces of software that will make OS X that much sweeter (did I just type “totally awesome”?!?). I’ve had the honor of beta testing these two jewels and I can’t tell you how much I enjoy them — and I guarantee you will, too!
Keep your eyes peeled…
------------------------------------------------
So, who is this popular website and what do you think the software is?

maybe arn's releasing that os 9 only graphics thing...
and that rumors app rower kept talking about...
seriously the way they talk about it sounds kinda like hacks to me... "they will make os x so much sweeter"... as opposed to "they will make video editing..." etc.
or at least shareware type things.... we'll have to wait and see

id love to see arn release an os9 only app...arn seems to be for the advancement of os x imo this would be contradictory to his previously stated opinions on the future of os 9...what would they release for free for os x that is a killer app...hopefully a p2p file-sharing program that is better than limewire :D

arn's Mac OS 9-only apps:

Apologies for the OS-9 only aspect, but they were written in 1993-1994 or so.

The developer tools has all sorts of info on cocoa programming. Also if you have 12 bucks, go to www.ora.com and check out safari, you can read computer books online for a small monthly fee. Certainly worthwhile for some books, that you might read once, then not read again. They have a book, learning cocoa, that should get you going.

I don't know anything about them. I just relayed what I read on the RailHeadDesign site. Sorry for the confusion.

arn, I didn't know that you made a commercial Afterdark module, I'll have to go through my old software collection and see if I have that one.

candybar was the "amazing" app? it looks nice and all, but $13 for something that i can do myself is not that amazing. is the second mystery app out yet? i hope that it's a little more impressive than the first.

Damn, I have only 3.0. Perhaps you could post a screenshot? After Dark was quite a bit of fun in it's time.
