Toast - Burning Cd Question

Question about toast,

i got a DVD RW in my power book.
and when i go to burn on a dvd it automaticly closes. Is there anyway i can take this check mark off so that it doesn't auto close? so i may add stuff later on? or is that not allowed??? (the check mark is on close but its grayed out so i can't remove it)

also. when i put a blank CD in, it doesn't mount, How come?
after im done burning it it mounts. but the blank on one.

If you are burning CD or DVD RW media burn in sessions. Don't think it possible to remove the option from not locking by default, its a fail safe reason many people burn only R media. :)

but how about when i put a blank cd in how come it doesn't mount like it used to?
