Safari not redirecting...

Is anyone else seeing this? I've notice that recently (I'm really not sure how long it's been going on) Safari hasn't been redirecting. When I go to download sites that say "Download should start momentarily. If it doesn't click here", it never starts downloading and I always have to click the link.

Anyone have any clues about what's up?

Yes. FireFox has no problems. I haven't tried others.
