Once this comes out, will I be able to back up my data on my powerbook and have the ability to restore it on my CPA's windows box? Just wondering becuase I saw that it will convert your windows files to mac, but it does not say anyhting about being viewable on the pc version.
thanks for any help.

By the way.... that should be 'coming' not 'comgin'

i havent yet read anything about that, but if they do not make this doable, quickbooks pro for mac will be dead in the water. i know switching my father over basically rides on that.

Surely for this product to be attractive, it needs to be able to share the database files equally as well with Mac clients as well as PC clients.
Quickbooks is the main reason I run Virtual PC on my Macs! I run a 50-50 PC/Mac network and this is one of the last pieces in the puzzle to make our mixed OS network seamless!
