iPod software update 1.2.1

I ran software update just now and this popped up. I thought this was a Europe only realease? Any one know anything about this?

It seems that i have it alredy downloaded but it keeps appearing. Is anyone else having this problem?

1.2.2 is europe only, 1.2.1 isnt.

After it downloads you need to manually install, I think.

I hooked my iPOd up this morning 2 my mac, and I got the same software update. I looked at my iPod and I already have 1.2.1 I think Apple jsut messed up somewhere, maybe 1.2.2 is ready?

1.2.2 was released in October, so I guess it is ready :rolleyes:

When you run Software Update without you iPod plugged in it will tell you that you need to download the nex iPod 1.2.1 software, even if the iPod is up to date.

If you have the already up to date iPod plugtged in and run Software Update, it will tell you that no new software updates are available.
