I can't run OnyX after I updated my laptop

After I updated my OS X (Pather) to 10.3.9 and a bunch of other applications (e.g. QT, itune, iPod firmware), I can't use my OnyX to do regular maintenance. Anybody experienced same problem?

Seems similar to the problem with Coctail in this thread (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=173468)...

One possible solution:

1) drag iTunes out of /Applications to your desktop
2) run Cocktail/Disk Utility/permissions repair app of your choice - should no longer hang
3) drag iTunes back into /Applications
