Packet Monitoring Software

Is there a application out there that does the same thing that Eye's Iris does for the PC? Something that is just as simple.

The best free gui-based network sniffer is Ethereal, which is essentially a front end for tcpdump.

If you want to get really hardcore, use Snort.
