MS Entourage Addin for MAC

is there a way to create an addin for microsoft Entourage like Outlook Com addin or C++ Exchange client extensions? (ps: addin that can change some icons in Entourage interface, create custom message classes and do some custom actions)

First, it's Mac, not MAC :)

Second, I don't think so. You can use AppleScript to communicate with Entourage data.
