Automatically Assign Icon to a CD-R?

is there any script that will allow my system to automatically change the CD icon on a CD-r, and allow that icon to go where ever the burned cd-r goes?

I burn many many cd's each day and have just done it all manually in the info panel but would love a more streamlined and automated way to do it.

Any help would be appreciated.
