Setting up Dreamweaver MX to use iDisk

how do i set up dreamweaver mx to publish my sites to my iDisk space?

anyone? i know its a stupid question, but i just cant seem to do it.

well i don't use dreamweaver, or idisk for that matter, but this is how i think it would work... make sure your iDisk is mounted on your desktop and you're connected, then save the work in Dreamweaver locally-- don't use the "upload" or whatever option it gives you, that's for FTP access. anyway, save it in your iDisk just like you would on your HD and it should be there :)

just make sure you're connected to your idisk whenever you want to save a new verison--

I know iDisk is kind of WebDev. So I was wondering if I could connect to it as WebDev server within Dreamweaver instead of mounting it on desktop by Finder.

Here's what I do...

1) Mount your iDisk
2) Set up your site in DW to use the mounted iDisk as your local directory

That's it. :)
