Do you know if there's anything out there to convert PDF files to some form understood by a word processor? I was able to find stuff for windows but not for mac. Thanks!

Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional
OR
Adobe Reader: File > Save as text (not great, but free)

Thanks so much! PDF2Office looks good, so I think I'll get it - the trial version, I mean.

Copy/Paste works some of the time, to preserve the formatting of the document.
