How to change language of spelling check in Pages2?

Sometimes I make things in english, sometimes in spanish....but I can't find how to change the settings for the spelling language.

How do you put the spellchecking in "multilingual"?

I think, but I may be wrong, that you need to drag your language to the top of the list in International Preferences, I have British English (over just English) at the top and it spells things like colour and aluminium in the British way, this happens in all Cocoa applications

And for some apps, like MS Word, it's handles British English very poorly. I'm sure Pages would handle things a bit better, though.

That's because Word doesn't use Cocoa for spellchecking (in fact I don't think it uses any Cocoa whatsoever).
