How can I delete some hidden folder on my computer?

I have some folders that are on my computer that bother me.. basically when I use Azureus(along with some other programs) to save some files on my computer I find some temp folders that don't show up normally(They seem to be leftover from when I cancelled unzipping some files with Stuffit).. I want to delete them, but I can't find a program that will do what I ask.. Can anyone advise me?

Um, I use Onyx, and macjanitor to help clear up space.. dunno if it will help u.

Have you tried TinkerTool (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/11967) to get finder to show hidden files and then just drag them to the trash? That's what I've done when I've wanted to delete hidden stuff.

Yeah, tinkertool should do the trick. That's what I've used in the past.
