Treo 650 & Entourage won't sync calendar!

I've read all the posts all over the net. I still can't get Entourage to pick up the calendar on my Treo 650.

I have Palm Software 4.21
OSX 10.4.7
Latest update to office 2004 (11.2.5)
No conduit conflicts
Name on Palm hotsync, entourage & treo are the same.

What else can I do?

You will have to use a sync program like PocketMac GoBetween. (Google it)
