webcam chat in osx

Anyone know of a decent webcam/IM client?

one that works accross windows-mac connections would be great. I've been looking for an MSN client that does camchat but not found anything.

I have a pc and a mac, my girlfriend's just replacing her pc with a 17" iMac (YEAH!!) so we need a camchat app that'll do the job with her on the iMac and me on my pc; i only have an iBook y'see!

yahoo messanger is the only one I have found that has the abilty in it... aim and msn both dont have it, msn just doesnt have it for its mac one
