How do I export all my contacts and other stuff from Outlook 2000 to the iapps or Enrtourage when I cannot export as a vcard? Any ideas?

is this outlook 2000 on a pc or mac? for pc there's a few apps:

o2e (outlook2entourage) is pretty crap, i haven't tried the other.
