3DMark results

I just downloaded 3DMark 2006 and run the benchmark.

It seemed like the test where running not that fast. I used standard setup (1024x768 i think). The default. I got around 6000 3Dmark points. I think that's slow?

Using the latest ATI driver from ATI.com and a standard 32 bit Windows XP Pro.

No, that's a fine score. The reason it seems like it runs slow is because they make the scenes so complexly shaded that the CPU can't possibly be the bottleneck, it's all really a GPU test.
