View Full Version : Bootcamp not partitioning?

Here's what happened:

I installed XP, it ran fine, until it started crapping out.
So, I decided to join the partition again.

I changed my mind, and I wanted to repartition it again, but it gave me the error I attached on the image.



Oh, not sure if this will tell you anything, but I think from the first time I partitioned Windows, it left some weird partition. (I checked it out using Drive Genius)

after a few restarts and attempts to repair, it gave me this

Insert your Mac OS X install disc, restart your Mac and boot from the install disc, access disk utility and repair the disk. If this does not work and you still want to install windows, back up your data and reinstall Mac OS X.

You have to remember Boot-camp is in Beta stage so it's bound to have some flaws
