I have just purchased a new C2D Macbook and i want my settings transfered over from my old Macbook, i know you can use firewire to do this in the initial set up but will that also import all of my files as well?? I'd rather choose which files would be copied.

a crossover cable (aka ethernet) would also work. You would have to go to "go" then connect to server on mac you want to put stuff on
