Hello,
Up till now, my Mac Pro has been working fine in both OSX and XP. However, now a couple of wierd things are happening in XP. Firstly, when I extract zip files, the process is incredibly slow. And now, when I do a virus scan with AVG, it just counts up the time, but remains at 0 files scanned. I've tried reinstalling it, but that doesn't help.
Any ideas? Do I have a virus?

So it's just XP that's being weird? Just re-partition and re-install! The joys of having BootCamp!

If no one here minds me saying so, take it to CyberTechHelp.com forums. They have a Cyber Safety forum that is second to none. I was a security advisor there for quite a while, needless to say I became fed up with fixing so many nearly irreparable Windows machines.
They should fix you right up, just DON'T tell them you are using Windows on a Mac. Keep things simple and just tell them your PC has been acting up. :)
