iTunes 4 Supports WindowsMedia Audio (.WMA) ?

I was just looking at iTunes. I clicked on Show Package Content, then navigated to Contents then Resources and found the following file:

iTunes-wma.icns

Does this mean that iTunes supports Windows Media Audio? Did this exist under iTunes 3?

iTunes4 can't read WMA files either, I had a couple on my PC and it was a no go.
