ok, I'm stupid. I downloaded iTunes 4 without thinking.
I have 10.4.1 (?) the one before Jaguar (?) and I downloaded iTunes 4 last night.
I now get the green icon, but iTunes won't open (error message).
Anyone know if there is a way to get iTunes 3 back or fix it? (without buying Jaguar!)

According to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ you need Mac OSX 10.1.5 (or better). You must have 10.1.4 (not 10.4.1) Download the 10.1.5 update and get iTunes4 without buying Jaguar!

Well, 10.4.1 eh?
Is it 128 bits? :D

Otherwise 10.1.5 is the way to go.
