it took a few days, but the green logo grew on me. my only problem with it is that the 48x48 icon looks really ugly and somewhat pixelated compared to the other sizes.

I like the green icon, but I am going to try some of these other colors out.

The green iTunes icon matches my Dreamweaver icon and my Excel icon. Green helps it stand out form all the blue icons.

I've gotten used to it, but having some alternatives on hand is nice.

Thanks for the link.

I can't get Preview to open them.

Besides, I like my mod. It's a little darker and has a wierd feel to it. (minus the grey)

How the hell do you edit these?

Well, Mr. Pony, you'll need Photoshop, and you'll need this utility (http://www.iconfactory.com/iconbuilder.asp) installed. Read through the directions, then work on the image.

To edit the image, control-click on the iTunes application, and navigate to
Contents > Resources

Inside is iTunes.icns

Edit it in Photoshop and with the utility I linked above in this post.
