I'm running an older version of Bootcamp that doesn't support iSight etc. I'd like to upgrade, but I wanted to check first - you don't have to reinstall XP as well, do you?

And just for the hell of it, are there are backup apps that will backup your complete OS X-plus-XP hard drive? I'm using SuperDuper, which is great, but it only seems to backup the OS X part of the drive.

You don't have to reinstall XP at all. Just install the newer version of Bootcamp then grab a new copy of the drivers, boot into XP and run the updated drivers installer. Simple as that.

Thanks for that. Presumably when you run the new version of Bootcamp it creates the new drivers CD?

Yes, it does.

Just follow through the options from the installer.
