Speech to Text?

Is there a way to type with speech in microsoft word using mac os x? Does anyone recommend any third party software for the job? Thanks!

You need something like iListen (http://www.macspeech.com/index.php?cPath=1&osCsid=04929c0df175d952dcd4f88e0461756f). Though it is expensive and may have mixed results.
