Switching Os Shortcut

How can I switch fast on parallels between my osx and the xp and back ?
can i make a keyboard shortcut ?? i want it to be fast and smooth like i have seen on youtube .... do i need to make an acount for the xp and than swich between accounts ?? is there a keyboard shortcut for that ??? thanks

Get VirtueDesktops....choose a different desktop for parallels...you can choose a keyboard shortcut in the preferences, a mouse shortcut (my favourite) and if you're on a macbook/pro you can use the motion sensor to hit your laptop, or on the MBP you can use the light sensor
