iDVD3 is not working

I just burned a DVD a few weeks ago and iDVD3 worked fine. When I tried to open it up today, it didn't launch. The icon in the dock bounces forever. If I try to force quit, it shows it as being open, but it isn't. When trying to launch it from a file or iMovie 3 it doesnt work either. The only thing I did recently was install 10.2.6. Hopefully that isn't the problem. Any ideas? I need help.

Repair your permission with the disc utility, you should always do this after an installation, especially a system upgrade.

If the permissions thing doesn't work, just cmd+f in Finder and search for iDVD. Delete all the .plist files because those are the preferences, they could be corrupted.
