Final Fantasy-like (or really good RPG) game for X-Box?

My PS2 is broken and so that means no Final Fantasy for me and I'm really itching for that type of game right now it would seem.

I have a $20 in my wallet and I'm going to trade in a couple of old PS2 games but don't expect much more than a few bucks store credit.

So that's the kind of money I'm working with, I need an older game.

I'm looking at Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and it looks pretty decent.

Any other suggestions?

lol, yeah, but what REALLY compare's to SE's franchise on xbox platform?
I think Last Remnant is the testing waters for such a move.
So if you want some FF support, I'd say tell everyone you know to buy this game.

Okay, well, as long as they're highly rated RPGs for (the original)
xbox, I'll give one a try. ;)

Knights of the Old Republic doesn't interest me much.

Are any of the others team based or even turn based?

Just trying to get a feel for these games.

You should have no problems finding gameplay footage/trailers of any of the above games.
(careful, you might accidentally stumble across an ending too)
