Soundtrack - when did this happen?

ok, so when did Soundtrack become standalone?? Just visited apple.com and saw this http://www.apple.com/soundtrack/

Searched the boards, but couldn't see anything obvious - am i the only person to spot this or has it been around for weeks now?!
