Grand Theft Auto IV Delayed/BIA:HH On Track

For all you people that love GTA (such as me) the release that was supposed to be Oct. 17, 2007 has been changed to June 28th, 2008 according to Amazon. This is right now going to kill Take 2 (check there NASDAQ stock quote). Well, looks like I am waiting longer.

Brothers in Arms: Hells Highway seems to be on track still for a Nov. 2007 release. This game is going to be sick! Anybody here know anything else about BIA release stuff or if they will be pushing back??

Well Rockstar said April '08 at the earliest so unless Amazon knows something we don't it's just speculation. I'm betting next september though.

If GTA is going to be as amazing as it seems, I really don't mind waiting at all. Besides, Assassins Creed will be out relatively soon. :)

well Rockstar themselves said it wasn't coming until Q1 2008, meaning Feb to April for them.

That's one heck of a delay. I like the games but don't really care. I'd be more interested in a more refined Crackdown 2 with some new options at this point...

In fairness, Sony are probably releaved. With the crap reviews of Lair, and Avergage/Good but certainly not great reviews of Heavenly Sword, a truly great AAA game that isn't published by them was probably the last thing they need. Now both Lair and HS will sell by the bucket load, so there's always a silver lining under even the darkest cloud.

recently eb games whited out all of there signs that said coming in october - pre order now.
i asked them what the deal was, they said february :confused:
i was really looking forward to this game :mad:
