Hi guys, I'm having trouble with iDisk and I'm at a loss as to how to sort this issue out.

iDisk reports that I have 164 megs left of disk space out of a 1GB (not got the upgrade yet) but I cannot seem to delete anything on the iDisk, I'm not using my space besides the website in my signiture.
Where do you think the space drain is coming from? .mac help is useless and I'm wondering if anybody else has come across this because they have wanted to delete unwanted files.

Hi,

I searched for idisk problems, and was excited to see your topic, hoping for a solution to the very same problem, I'm having with deleting files on the idisk.

Don't have a clue.

Anyone out there who's solved this problem?

How much of your storage do you have allocated for .mac Mail storage?

(Login to your .Mac account online, then examine Storage Settings)

What are you using to delete things from your iDisk? Any FTP client, or using the Finder?

I'd recommend getting an FTP client for iDisk - I use Transmit (http://www.panic.com/transmit/), and it includes a shortcut to your iDisk (so you don't have to remember address and port numbers).

Worth the money too.
