Office X 10.1.4 Update Problems

Has anyone else had problems running this installer? I downloaded the english .sit version and that wouldn't work. I ran it and it said it could not find vX on my machine. Then I tried it with the .hqx version thinking the installer was bad on the other. But the same thing happened. I'm on 10.2.6 on a dual 500 G4. The only thing I can think of is that the version of office I have on this machine is an upgrade from Office:2001. Could that be a problem? Thanks for any advice.

install the 10.1.2 update first.

Jeez! I thought I had done that. But, alas, I hand't. But that worked. Thanks for the help...

No problem. That was an easy one for me because I had the exact same issue.

I seriously thought I had the latest version. I can't believe I missed 10.1.2!

i dont even bother updating it.
it will still suck.
