I would like to know this as well. The PS3 controllers use Bluetooth, so technically it is possible.

I'd recommend getting a Wired 360 controller, this guy (http://tattiebogle.net/index.php/ProjectRoot/Xbox360Controller/OsxDriver) made drivers that could even work with rumble.
