Installing Panther 7B28?

i have already installed a version of Panther (the one that i got at WWDC) and i recently downlaoded the new 7B28 and want to install that over my current system... however Panther does not have Disk Copy so i can'r find a way to burn it onto a CD.
please help!?

Apparently it's in Disk Utility now. I'm not a developer so I don't have Panther and can't give you detailed instructions.

its in disk utility now, the two apps have merged.
