My 360 Died

So, my xbox 360 just died (3 rings of death). It was a launch day system, so I'm not too disappointed, but am wondering what the turn around time on it is right now. Anyone have any idea what it's been for the past couple of weeks?

I sent mine off the week of Aug 10 and got it back last friday - They just gave me a new one. The new ones are deadly quiet.

My friends 360 died about a month ago or so. It took less than a week to get a new one back after he sent his in......but it took over a week for him to actually get the box from Microsoft to ship it back.

1-2 weeks tops is the usual wait time

I sent my off on 8/17 i believe and the received it on 8/22. I got a phone call from Ups today with a tracking number, its going to be delivered tomorrow. All in all it was pretty painless.. ;)

I just bought skate today and my before I even got to play my xbox died. This sucks, Halo 3 comes out in 2 weeks and microsoft said that it will take 8-10 weeks for repair.
