October 26 at 6pm in all time zones. Now, we need a confirming of the confirmed date. hehI made a comment there saying the story tells no who what when "confirmed" this rumor. It's a freaking Phantom "Confirmation". Editorially it is CRAP.

When it is released will I be able to download (legally) it or will it be retail only? If so, what are the chances CompUSA will have it on day 1?

I made a comment there saying the story tells no who what when "confirmed" this rumor.I was gonna do that, but figured other sites would have the same info soon enough.

I may be mistaken, but I seem to remember in the past you could preorder from the Apple Store with guaranteed arrival on the launch date.
