hi everyone,

i'm looking for a good batch download utility. I'm on a Windows machine at the moment, but as soon as new PowerBooks come out ( ) i'll be looking for the equivalent for Mac.

i've tried GetBot, but that's only shareware and it only gets two files then stops and you have to start it again.

so i'm looking for a batch downloader that you can navigate sites from and select what to download, as well as not having to start it more than once.

any help would be good, if you could post links as well, that would be great.

and if anyone knows of this sort of thing for Mac, then i'd be interested to see that as well.

Thanks all. :)

i did a quick search on VersionTracker and came up with two batch download utilities for Mac:

Monica (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/10801)

and

iMeMiner (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/16128).

they don't look all that great, and since i don't have a Mac at the moment, they're not much good to me.

so does anyone know any good batch downloading utilities for PC? and Mac (when i eventually get one?)
