iChat "Mouth" effect

During the keynote earlier this year by Steve Jobs, there was a demonstration on iChat effects which showed some great effects. However, a lot of them aren't in the release of Leopard I have! (i.e. the upside down effect), but especially the "mouth" effect they had, in which the mouth of the chatter becomes the mouth of a person's picture.

Does anybody know where I can get this effect, or has it been left off the final release of Leopard?

I think you could pull this off yourself. When ichat theater asks you to get out of the picture to calibrate the background, you could stay there and be motionless. Then, when you use the backdrop of another person's pic, you could stay motionless except for your mouth. If you line everything up correctly only the mouth would move.

Not the easiest or best solution, but may be fun to try.
