Okay, so when I upgraded to Leopard I did an archive and install, and my permissions somehow got messed up in the process. Anyway, here's what an example folder looks like in the finder:

http://img57.imageshack.us/img57/4504/permissionsiq3.png

Notice that it says everyone, staff, and ed (me) can read and write, but above that it says I have custom access and I have to enter my password to move or delete files in that folder. Anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it?

Have you run Disk Utility to repair permissions?

I'd check ownership

From terminal:
ls -ltr ~
