Aliasing Outgoing mail in Mail.app

Does anybod know how I can alias my outgoing mail address as something else i.e. my buiness addy rather than my personal addy in Mail.app?

I have done this in Outlook, I'm just trying to figgure out how in Mail.

Open the preferences. Accounts tab edit your account. Change the email address and thats it. It will not affect sending or receiving mail. Hope that helps.

Hmm. I tried as you suggest, but in doing so, the smtp won't recognize it as a valid address anymore.
