Wonder if anyone can help me?

I accidentally deleted my /usr/local/bin directory when I was trying to install rar... is there a quick and easy way to get the directory back? I search the forums here but couldn't find anything and if I insert the OS X disk there is no option to browse it for files, only to install the OS or optional software.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Matt

If you have Leopard then you have Time Machine right? What OS are you on?

Yes, I'm on Leopard but TM doesn't work unless you plug in an external disk locally on the Mac and I keep my user data backups on the network.

Is there a way to simply re-create this directory from the OS X install disk?
