iMac G5 Startup Problems

My friend has an iMac G5 with the built in iSight camera. Today when he went to turn on the computer, the startup light went on and then went off, and the computer would not boot up. Im guessing its not good, any possible fixes?

I had the same iMac and the logic board went after 3 months... fun stuff eh?
