Hi all,

I've purchased a family-pack of OS X Leopard and installed it once on my dual-core Intel iMac - it runs wonderfully.

We plan to install it on several other machines including my new macbook and my housemate's iMac. However in the few days since installing it on my machine we have misplaced the code that came with the disk. We won't have thrown it out, but cannot find it anywhere at the moment.

Is there a way within Leopard to retrieve the code that was used during the install for the currently running copy of Leopard on my iMac? We could then install the other copies (which we'd like to do ASAP) and worry about finding the physical copy of the code later.

Thanks for any help you can give.

There is no license for the family pack. OS X runs on the honor system.

Um, what code?

Leopard (or any other MacOS, in my experience) has any "codes" associated with it. Single-User or Family Pack, just insert & install.

Yes, freedom from Microsoft is a wonderful thing!
