not sure if this is the best place to post this?

anyhow - i'm trying to set up a home network w/ the airport extreme base station. i have a 20" imac 2.16 core 2 (running leopard), and two tiger laptops, a ibook g4 and a macbook.

the imac and the ibook g4 seem to be playing just fine.

but i cant seem to get the macbook to cooperate. the macbook shows up in my finder on the imac, but i only have access to it's public folder. with the ibook, i have access to everything and vice versa, it has access to everything on the imac.

on the macbook, i dont see either the ibook or the imac listed at all in the finder.

all of the machines have file sharing turned on and are all connected to the wireless network.

thanks for the help, i appreciate it. and i'm sorry if this is all newbie...

Hi, i have the same problem, and it's absolutely killing me.

I've setup wireless printing on all the other computers and this one computer in particular (mac mini, running tiger) can't find the printer, or any other computers, but i can see the mac mini's public folder from a leopard macbook.
