I have two disks and im wondering if i have 10.2.8 on one disk and 10.3 on the other would it be possiable to dual boot? and if i need a program what is the best?

Dual boot: you mean choosing bewteen the two at startup...?

Then, no problem.

The "New World" Macs support multi boot very nicely. Just install the OSses on the different disks, and when you startup the Mac, just press the <ALT> key. You can choose graphically between them.
Ofcourse using the Startup Disk control panel in the OSses will work aswell.
