I was wondering if anyone could provide me with any up-to-date information about getting UT 99 running on Leopard and an intel mac. I have found a few sites about it, but they are rather out dated.
Any help is appreciated!

i had no problem copying and running UT v.436 onto my new iMac.
i had to change the screensize in the UnrealTournament.ini file, but thats about it.

Same here. I was quite impressed at how well it ran on my PowerBook. Granted it's an 8/9 year old game now - I just thought it was dead and left to roam the PC lands.
An excellent game that the sequels don't quite match IMO.

Any help is appreciated!I guess the answer is no because we have yet to be shown how you get a classic game OS 8 to run on OSX Intel? I still have a copy of it and would love to have it on my alum iMac if possible.

I play it under Leopard on my G5 iMac with OS X preview 3 patch. It has 2 problems though - its not really optimized for OS X, so performance is kind of bad, and It has no music (aaaarghhh!!!)
I think running it on Intel Mac will be slower, due to the absence of UB version, but its such an old game, so it should run well.

Say, this would be excellent if I can get it to run!
I have the PC Game of The Year (GOTY) CDs, any chance of getting that to work? Perhaps by using different executable binaries for Mac? I know that is how thing are done under Linux, using Loki's binaries.

I have the OS X Preview 3 patch of UT99. It runs fine in single player and practice mode, but it crashes if you try to play online and hangs if you try to query all servers. The OS X patch worked ok on my G5, and it even worked online in multiplayer mode, but was a bit slow at times.
I've since upgraded to one of the new Early 2008 MP 2.8 Octos and UT99 is running perfectly in single player mode, but it crashes whenever I try to connect to a server. :(
Anyone know of any potential fixes to get multi-player options working?

For those of you with problems using the server browser, try installing Eavy's UT Server browser. It's a modification for UT that replaces UT's server querying with Eavy's. It's much faster and doesn't lock up UT on Macs.
http://eavy.beyondunreal.com/
You'll have to do the .zip download on OS X Macs due to the umod installer requiring OS 9. Make sure to read the readme to find out what edits to your UT.ini file you need to do.
I've been using it for years and never have had a problem with it.
If only icculus would of finished the OS X patch for UT...
Edit: Apparently the download link for the .zip one doesn't work, if you wish I can attach the .u file from my own computers and attach the changes you need to make to your .ini.

socamx, you might also try approaching one of the Unreal portals to give you a Mac UT fans spot, but of course it's always fun to have your own! ;)
Well, I'm back playing online again for the first time in several years. I'm running into a problem on most of the sniper maps (which is what I like the play the most). I'm hoping someone else has seen this problem and has found a way around it.
As soon as a map loads, UT99 aborts and I get an error message that tells me that Unreal Tournament is out of memory and suggests that I try changing the preferred memory size of the program or quit other open applications. Well, I remember doing stuff like that in OS 9. Is this even still a valid error message?

I never actually tried it myself, but I think it may be possible to manually copy the files off the CD and download the UTX Preview 3 to enable the game. I'll experiment with it if I find my CD. If it works I'll post some instructions.
As far as doing a website goes, the one place that comes to mind is beyondunreal.com (http://www.beyondunreal.com/), they have a lot of sub-sites like NaliCity, SkinCity, mapper's websites etc. Essentially a UT portal, one of the bigger ones I can think of.
It just depends how many people could benefit from it and if I can find the time to design a site and build it. I do have a vast amount of knowledge with different problems on getting UT working properly on Macs, I would love to get it centralized in one place for everyone to access. Before even starting a site I'd have to type/write everything that I do remember before I start forgetting stuff.
UT is one of the greatest games out there, it's a shame that the Mac version is so dilapidated and in such disrepair. I wish it were possible to get Icculus (http://icculus.org/cgi-bin/finger/finger.pl?user=icculus) to finish his Mac patch with the UTPG.org project (http://www.utpg.org/), he made so much progress but got too busy with other things and I guess gave up.

In case anyone else runs into the Out of Memory Error that I ran into, my problem was due to a few corrupt .u files in my System folder. I figured out which ones were the likely culprits and got new copies of them online. It still crashes now and then for other reasons, but for the most part it's runnin pretty good!

It s not working for me.
I had the same problem with my ball mac, and i don t remember how but managed to make it work, i believe it wasn t only the unrealtournament.ini file... there was somethin with the user.ini too. but it s still strange because i copied the working game.
if anyone is running it well under leopard, with a macbook, could he/she be generous enought to attach both files on a post, here ?
edit
after reviewing the user.ini file i realised it doesn t have much to do with the game running or not, but then i don t know why i had kept a copy of that file in the ut folder... mistery

Dayuum, this is driving me nuts!
I'm dieing to play this game again, but for the life in me can not get it to work. I'm on a MacBook running OS X 10.4.11. I seemed to have fixed any of the typical 'error' messages that occur and can open UT fine and get onto the main 'home' page fine.
But whenever I try to actually start a game, be it either an actual tournament or just simply in practice mode, it goes as far as that Unreal Tournament 'Precaching' page and then just dies. It quits back to OS X with that God Awful 'The application has quit unexpectedly'.
I've tried everything I can to fix this but to no avail, if anybody can shed any light on the situation, it would be greeeeeatly appreciated! I'm sure as any of you guys that have played this, I miss it and want to play it!
Thanks in advance.

1. the os x preview 3 of UT, how well does it work? i read a lot of conflicting reports of no sound, no network, etc...
2. how well does UT run under VMware 2? i read that the mouse has problems, but that was under 1.0.
3. i also saw a "cider" port of the game online, which says it runs 'great' with sound, but i have no info on the netowrking support
so if you run this game, how to do you it and how well does it run?

Runs ok, a bit slow, but shouldn't be noticeable on modern hardware. There IS sound, but not the music. And multiplayer (both LAN and Internet) works, you just need to install a mod called eavyserverbrowser.umod - google around for it.
At least works on my iMac G5 and MacBook Core 2 Duo, both with Leopard.

The problem with running UT on any modern Mac in any situation, is this.
Crossover, VMWare, UTX Preview 3.... they all have the same problem. When the FPS goes over 300, the game literally speeds up. There is nothing you can do about this. You'll get kicked off servers as the server cheat protection will think you are hacking.
The only way to stop this is to use VSync, or FSAA to lower your FPS. Nvidia users have no way to natively enable VSync, ATI Macs can use ATI Displays to force VSync on though.
Your only real option to get a proper gaming experience out of UT is to buy an older Mac running OS 9, or run it in Windows with proper updates, patches and VSync.
Every method of playing the game on the Mac has pitfalls:
1. UTX Preview 3 Beta OS X client:
Very glitchy, lots of missing features such as no music, limited mouse support, graphical glitches, FPS speed-up problem.
2. Crossover:
No 3D overrides so you can't enable VSync. Even with an updated DirectX driver for UT, the VSync parameter is ignored causing the FPS speed-up problem.
3. VMWare/Parallels:
Random performance, again no VSync either. Mouse issues. Resource heavy due to being a VM. Also has the FPS speed-up problem.
4. PPC Mac with Classic mode in OS X:
Several glitches due to the nature of Classic Mode. Requires 10.4 or lower.
5. PPC Mac running OS 9:
No good renderer. OpenGL is incomplete and has the same glitches as OS X, RAVE is downright ugly and software rendering is too slow.
The only method I've never tried, is with Cider. I really doubt that'll be a valid solution to the problem however.
I really hate to saying it, but if you want to play UT properly, you need Windows or Linux booted on your Mac. Then you can apply VSync with ATI's or Nvidia's software, can enable other graphical goodies and it'll run the way it was meant to be run.
Using a PPC-based Mac with an ATI card will work well enough to play. ATI Displays on an Intel Mac can't force VSync on a PPC application, it just crashes (at least in my experience it does).
If you guys ever want anything to be done about this, see if you can petition Ryan Gordon (icculus) to finish the UTPG.org patch for Macs. He was originally working on it but lost interest and stopped. It would of been a 100% working OS X client that could be perfectly usable and solve all the above problems.

you just need to install a mod called eavyserverbrowser.umod - google around for it.
My earlier post has a non-umod zip file with the instructions:
http://forums.macrumors.com/showpost.php?p=5211111&postcount=14
If this isn't installed, the server browser freezes up on the OS X client.

- does it have music?
i don't want to waste a day of downloading if it doesn't work ok...
socamx
Jan 15, 2009, 02:25 PM
Can you give us an example of a server that you get kicked off of? Or are you getting kicked off every server?
If it is only a couple servers, it may be over-aggressive cheat protection.
Regarding Cider, the legality of downloading that is highly questionable so be careful a mod doesn't lock your thread here.
The legality comes to question in the fact that owning the Mac version doesn't justify downloading the PC version of UT, different distributors and whatnot. Also, freely redistributing Cider is also highly questionable.
So just be careful about asking for help with Cider + PC UT.
Edit:
Okay, I've tried the Cider process. To my surprise it works VERY well. However, there is a problem with stability and whatnot, mostly when quitting out of UT. So if anyone chooses to use this method, tread with caution and close any unsaved work in other programs.
What Works:
• Updated D3D9 driver from here: http://cwdohnal.home.mindspring.com/utglr/
- This allows you MUCH better control over graphical settings, including the ability to turn on VSync
• Graphics
- No graphical glitches once you use an updated D3D driver made for UT.
• Networking
- Did a quick spectating session on a relatively 'normal' server, no extra MODs and stuff.
• Music
- All the glorious original music plays fine.
What Doesn't Work:
• Window Mode
- Attempting to go to windowed mode just makes the whole screen go black. Game still is running, but requires a force quit.
• Map Editor
- Nice long Windows error message upon loading UnrealEd.exe
• Advanced Preferences Menu
- Entering the command 'preferences' usually makes the game leave full screen and open an advanced menu system for configuring the game way further than the built in menu can. Leaving full screen and opening a Windows.. window.. doesn't work in Cider.
• Default D3D7 Renderer
- Resolutions are reported incorrectly, and at least on my MBP, can't set 1440x900. However, quitting the game works better from this mode because the game at least 'disappears' which allows you to get to Cider to get the dialog box. See my next point for more information.
• Quitting the Game
- This is randomly occurring and I can't seem to reproduce it. Sometimes when quitting out of UT, Cider throws up an error message made by the game upon quit. Problem is, all you see is a freeze-frame of UT right as it was quitting, and can't see what you're doing. Further exacerbating the problem, is the fact that Cider 'hides' so you can't just press your enter key to select okay.
To get around this, forcing a log out with CMD + OPTION + SHIFT + Q, wait a moment, then pressing enter will finally get it to quit without having to force a reboot.
Sometimes force quit works too, but not always.
• Screenshots
- Screenshots simply produce a black BMP image, nothing more, nothing less.
Not Tested:
• Mods of any kind.
- This was a clean install of the Windows UT GOTY edition without anything extra besides the bonus packs and 436 patch.
• Listen Server
- I have no reason to believe this won't work. It's just a standard game you launch, that also allows other people to connect. Seeing how networking and the game work as normal, no reason the two combined shouldn't.
• Dedicated Server
- I have no reason to believe this will work and won't bother testing it. Requires the game launches to a background process with no window, which Cider doesn't like.
Overall, the game does run well. I however can't recommend this as a viable method of playing the game due to stability issues, especially the quitting issue. It also requires a good deal of work on the user's end to get it working. So unless these problems can be resolved somehow, I really can't recommend this at all.
Also, a newer version of Cider may fix some problems, but it also may bring up other issues.

thanks for the review on the cider version
i think i'll just have to do without my UT....
i don't want to mess with all the problems, i just want it to work and not worry about it
I might get a windows box hooked up instead... grrrr
i'd do boot camp but then have to reformat hard drive and mess with that (i have 2 partitions already and don't have too much free space 30 gigs or so)... i don't think so

You could always put Windows on an external drive. It would be a bit slow (unreliable USB 2.0 speeds), but it would work in theory.
It really is a pain to get that old UT running correctly. Right now the easiest way is with either Linux or Windows (or if you're willing to deal with some bugs, a PPC Mac with ATI video card).
The good thing about a dedicated Windows box is you really don't have to worry ever again with playing games properly. I bit the dust a few months ago and built one for $600 and it can handle any modern game at medium-high settings. Like UT3 at 1080p max settings, or GTA 4 maxed out at 1080p.

The Windows version works nearly perfect for me with Parallels.
It works even better with Boot Camp, as long as you have enabled compatibility mode.
socamx
Jan 16, 2009, 03:37 PM
I find it hard to justify the cost of Parallels just to play a single game. Add on the fact that Parallels doesn't offer free upgrades (VMWare was free to go from v1 to v2), and also you have to dedicate a lot of system resources to the VM... I just can't recommend that method. I could only recommend it if people had a use for a VM besides playing a game.

You can get a used Mac version (it doesn't matter if it is used, no CD Key or activation etc) at Amazon for just a couple dollars. The PC version can be gotten there as well, even cheaper.
I believe it is also on Valve's Steam software for windows, again only for a few dollars.

The current cider version is glitchy as all hell and hasn't wanted to run for me after a few initial attempts...but it purports to be an Intel compile, so perhaps there is hope (though I don't know how). Another OSx version of UT GOTY was last compiled in 2003 and was functioning very well for me until I tried to "check for updates" afterwhich it cut out and is throwing up a bizarre error message.

My OS X Preview version of UT99 still works. I believe mine was originally from the initial release of the UT99 game. The only problem I have is that browsing all populated servers crashes the game and it stalls sometimes when trying to join certain servers. Some of the mods out there cause the loading to stall and I'm not able to join the server.
Other mods load just fine.
I haven't tried to play much. I only joined a few games here and there long enough to realize how little game I have these days and leave after about 15 minutes to get back to work. Either that or I try to join a server and it crashes trying to get into the game. Usually once I get into the game it's fine. It seems to be ok in single player mode too.
BTW, I'm on Snow Leopard on an Early 2008 MacPro with an NVidia 8800 GT.

I'm having trouble getting internetplay to work. When I try to browse for games I get a constant "Querying Master Server" message at the bottom of the page. I can't hit F5 since it doesn't seem to recognize the mac command for it.
If I try to manually join an online game by "opening location" it downloads the files just fine and then it says "Connecting to (name of server)" and nothing happens. Same thing happens with the servers I manually added to the favourites list. I can see the players and the ping and so on, it downloads the files and then gets stuck connecting. No blue screen, no pre-caching. After about 10 minutes or so it just says connection failed.
Can anyone tell me what the problem might be? If I knew what was going wrong I could probably find a way to fix it.

Hey, I've recently resurrected this game from a burnt disk from three years ago, and figured out how to get it working on my recently purchased Late 2007 2.2GHz Black MacBook. Last week, the back light used to randomly go out while plying DM-Turbine or DM-Tempest (and only those stages for some reason), then I close the MacBook and open it after a second, and the back light comes back on and the game still plays normally, before the MacBook falls asleep. Sometimes, the MacBook resets itself after the previous occurrence. This problem is long gone, but I wonder if anyone else encountered this issue.
By the way, the only issue I'm having now is NO MUSIC!!!!!:mad::mad: I LOVE UT99's soundtrack! I tried editing the .ini file, but no luck. :( At least the game still works the same after altercation of the .ini file. :D

LOL! I tried that when I used to play it on my Sawtooth, but, I hate going back to change the music while switching maps because you never know when the map will change! Did somebody say they made the music actually work??? I've downloaded the Demo on my Sawtooth, and the music played fine, but the gameplay looks and runs extremely bad.

By the way, the only issue I'm having now is NO MUSIC!!!!!:mad::mad: I LOVE UT99's soundtrack! I tried editing the .ini file, but no luck. :( At least the game still works the same after altercation of the .ini file. :D
Someone on here said they had the music working while playing UT99 on their MacBook Pro....HOW? What can you do? There has to be a way; No music is the only issue I'm having right now.
The music files are stored in a format readable by software which ONLY runs on Classic. It has not been ported to OS X, therefore no music.

As others have said, you can just get a mod player that will read .umx files and play the music in the background :)

I've been running ut on my
Model Name: iMac
Model Identifier: iMac10,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 3.06 GHz
It works better than on my old powerbook ppc. Recently however I've had some problems. First the servers browsers didn't load anymore, but I could still play my favorites and manually add other favorites. Then that started working again. Now I'm having problems loading new files from the servers, update of skins etc., so I can't get on servers that update their files.
Any ideas would help, i'll probably jig something that will fix it, but I just more wanted to say I'm still out here too. This is a great game and hope I can play it another 10 years.

I've downloaded CocoModX (LOL Coco is my bird's name) and it works fine. It's just that it's not as good as using iTunes to me, because I can navigate the playlist without looking, and while I'm playing UT. For some reason, it wouldn't let me convert the files at all....
Other than that, I haven't restrained myself from playing UT for a couple of weeks now. :P

Not sure if this helps.
My problems downloading updated files were related to UTDC and NPLoader.
1. Delete any UTDC / NPLoader files from your UT system folder,
2. Trash your cache
3. Manually put the client files from the latest UTDC into your UT system folder
http://unrealtournament.99.free.fr/utfiles/Anticheat/UTDC/UTDCv21.zip
4. Reconnect and the downloads should complete.

Someone ported UT99 over to OSX on their own time for no pay. Rather than criticize this person for not finding time to convert the music over to OSX, you might want to instead be happy that at least the game was ported over.

Well, I didn't know that, and I am happy about this game being ported over, so don't criticize me for unintentionally criticizing others! It still could have been a little better, though. I can understand a situation like this, but sometimes, if you can't find the time to do things right, don't do it at all. Besides, the person probably did do it right; someone on here said they had the music working on a Mac running Leopard.

Yet there are armies of people out there producing commercial-quality freeware games that take years for no pay. Cave Story took 5 years to make and the developer never took a penny for it (for the last 6 years at least, now he has a publishing deal).
It's not really an excuse.

I think VLC plays module music too. The PC version does (playing Razor-ub.umx right now :D). Maybe that would convert better?
But yea the tools are there to play the music in OSX. Maybe whoever did the OSX port should get in touch with the CocoModX guy? I emailed some praise to him a while back and he replied so he does exist!

I know this response is MONTHS late, but you probably have to find and download those maps again from the Unreal site. Google search the maps you want, and you should be able to find them. I'm still working on this situation myself, because UT99 only reads .unr files properly.
I FINALLY got the music and stuff to work properly with the FULL version on my G4 tower after two years of trying to figure this out. Now let's see if I can get it to work on my MacBook, and then, I'll post more info about it. :)

Just to add, if your interested in playing via bootcamp, you can pick up "Unreal Anthology" (i got mine on ebay for about $14.00). It has all 4 games included on one disc (Unreal,Unreal Tournament 99 goty,Unreal Tournament 3, and Unreal 2004, plus a cd of music). Runs the games great on my Imac i5 via bootcamp.

If you are running it under Classic, I reccomend that you use a Glide wrapper. It looks better than Rave or Software without the bugs of UT99's (x3 has fairly good OpenGL support) experimental OpenGL support. And yes, you can enable OpenGL in the Classic port: you just got to edit some .ini files.

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum and need your help too!
I started playing Unreal Tournament on PC competitively in 2002.
But now I want to play again, but right now I have a mac. I have already installed the game and I've given a few shots. :)
I have no problems with the resize or anything. I go on public servers and runs fine. Only a server (which is the most important because my friends play it) can not enter. That is, I connect to the server, blue screen appears "Connecting"and then the game crashes automatically.
the error that pops up is this:
YOU MAY need to Increase the Unreal Tournament applications Preferred Memory Size or quit other applications that are running
The admin of the server, the log says that it appears "Time Out "
Now I ask, how do I get into all the servers in less? It is very strange. Someone has had a similar problem?
Excuse my English. It is very bad

I have the same issue, but mine just freezes completely, and I have to use the Force Quit command. I only got LAN to work, for I play UT99 with close friends when they bring their MacBooks over. If you have Windows XP or higher, try creating a Boot Camp partition, install Windows on it, and find a PC copy of UT99, if you don't have it anymore. :apple:
I've been really busy lately, so I haven't been working on improving UT99 OS X. I have given up on this for a while, but I decided to install Windows 7 on my MacBook and ran a PC version of UT99 & Unreal GOLD on there just fine.
However, for some strange reason, after a while of playing the two FPS, both were running very slow yet VERY smooth at the same time, and it was doing this on and off. In case you decide to use a Boot Camp partition and that happens to you, maybe the thread below can help you out. It explains that issue with conventional PCs:

Did you pick up the Mac version or the Windows? If Windows, you can install it using Wine (http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/wine/). If you have the Mac version, you'll need either an older Mac that can boot Mac OS 9 or an emulator that can run Mac OS 8 or 9 (SheepShaver) and then install the Mac OS X beta patch.

Wine is WAY too much of a hassle, and SheepShaver does not have 3D/OpenGL support. Even if it did, the emulator's machine isn't fast enough to handle it. Trust me; Been there, done that, unfortunately. :(

This might be a little off subject, but I have created an Unreal Gold/UT99 Hybrid that RUNS natively in OS X; However, most of the issues (e.g. music, very minor sound glitches, etc.) still exist as if it was running Unreal Tournament v436x3 (well, basically, it is).
It is still in the works, so don't think there's anything final about it. Plus, I might try the OldSkool mod in Winblows (or SheepShaver) on my UT99 System folder to see if that will help anything. Basically, what I am doing is "OldSkool". :apple:
I will video capture my "Hybrid" and upload it onto YouTube to allow you to have a gist on what I'm explaining, and why I call it a hybrid. :D
I'll provide a link to the YouTube video hopefully later his evening.

Yep! A few months back, I tried the .umx files in VLC and they played perfectly. I actually got the conversions to work in VLC, as well.
Also, I'm gonna see what I can do with CocoModX; I came back to it recently to fool around with some music I found from the original Unreal, and I'm glad you got a response from the programmer! It's just too bad I haven't thought of trying to get the music to work anymore. :(
However, I am working on other things in Unreal/UT99, too, as you can see in my previous post. :D
The PC version does (playing Razor-ub.umx right now :D).
Razorback is one of the biggest reasons why I wanted to get the music working for UT99 OS X. :apple:

Thanks for your suggestion! Oh yeah, and I know quite a few websites where UT99 is still alive to some people. Some even have essential file downloads like the Liandri Archives, Old Unreal, UTPG.org, etc. so maybe I can also develop a webpage as a database for all the links I know that give a lot of in-depth info about working with UT in general?

Hello, again. I know this post is really old now, but I just remembered that Lion no longer supports Rosetta/Carbon. :(
However, I did not acquire Lion, yet. I was wondering if there is a way to port Carbon-based apps to Macintel? Or Windows apps to Macintel? I have XCode sitting around, if that helps. I am currently making great progress on porting Unreal GOLD to OS X in Snow Leopard. :apple:

You would have to have the source code of Unreal Tournament, or you could reverse-engineer it. As for Carbon, it's still supported on 32-bit Intel applications; it's 64-bit applications that can't use Carbon GUI elements. Just because something is using the Carbon codebase doesn't mean that it won't build for Intel; It just means it will take some work porting it over to Intel Carbon. Especially if it's a CFM app (which is what Unreal Tournament X beta 3 is).

So what specific Developer tool would I use to attempt the port of UT99 and Unreal GOLD? I also have UT3 for Mac, which was ported via Wine (I tried using Wine for something totally different last year, and it was just a bunch of trouble), but I don't want to port my Windows copy of UT99 that way.

It's a late 2006 Mini
Hardware Overview:
Model Name: Mac mini
Model Identifier: Macmini1,1
Processor Name: Intel Core Solo
Processor Speed: 1.5 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 1
L2 Cache: 2 MB
Memory: 1 GB
Bus Speed: 667 MHz
Boot ROM Version: MM11.0055.B08
SMC Version: 1.3f4
I'm thinking it has one of the T1300 CPUs. Is there any program like CPUID [but for mac] that could tell me the Processor SPEC number?
It has some Quirks, but it's been pretty predictable. I've ideas about upgrading the CPU and Ram. Been watching eBay.
UT Preview 3 works pretty well on it.
Incidentally - I found a version of pv3 among my backups, but it's not exactly the same as the one youe posted. Were there different revs of pv3?

Not that I'm aware of, how is it different? I got hold of this version years ago when I got my first Intel Mac (about 2007) because it was the only way to play UT on it in OS X at the time, but I'm sure that preview 3 came out years before that, and preview 4 got abandoned.

You know what? Back around Christmas 2000, we got three new iMac G3s (I still have two of them to this day), and we had a UT99 v3xx demo that ran better (on full graphics) than ANY other version for Mac. It even ran better than the G5 running pv3, and now, I cannot find it, and I never knew the engine version, unfortunately. I did, however, find another version of the OS 9 demo, and it sucked.
Oh, well. It doesn't matter, now because I got the second release for Intel Macs on my website, now!
