Hi there,

I've been having trouble getting iTunes to load.

Basically, when I click the app in the dock, it bounces a couple of times, then stops. And that's it.

I'm running iTunes 4.0.1 on 10.2.8.

Can't remember when the problem started, but I have used the app without problems sometime in 10.2.

I'm sure there's additional info I need to provide. Hoping that someone can offer some thoughts on what the problem might be / what info I should provide.

TIA.

check some of the forums here, people have been having problems with 10.2.8. Don't know if the new seed has problems though. You might also check and see if the library is still in the right place. Hopefully someone else will have a better technical explanation for you.

Try 1st:
- Use /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility and run Repair Disk Permissions. It's under the First Aid tab.

Good luck.

Repairing permissions had no effect.

Tried trashing the iTunes plist files in [username]/Library/Preferences

Now everything works perfectly! :)
