Burning woes...

I have a few .toast and .dmg files i need to burn but my problem is that i only have a pc with a burner in it at the moment. is there any way i can burn these files on my pc?

Other friends (peecee users) have also sworn by blindwrite (there is a sheep icon for the program) should be available at any of your favorite search engines.
