How do I get Movies on my PSP?

Hi,
I just bought a PSP. I don't want to buy UMD movies, just copy my existing DVD's to my PSP's memory card.
I have not got a clue how to do this, so any advice on this would be much appreciated!
If anyone could give me a guide on exactly what to do, that would be great!

Mediafork (or whatever its called now) is the be-all end-all for this. Put the DVD in and click on the PSP preset, select the chapters and press go :cool:

Or iSquint (or whatever that's called too!) for converting already ripped vids.
