Do you guys think that games will run smoother after installing Panther?

Does anyone here have Panther beta and know this?

I don't know, but I hope so. I want Halo to run decently on my 800 Mhz iMac. There will probably be a little peformance boost in games just from the fact there are performance boosts everywhere in Panther.

Just for comparison, Halo runs pretty decent on my athalon 1.4gig with 512 ram and geforce 3.
